So stumbled upon this today. There's 3 different uploads of this exact same comic on his Patreon page, and all 3 of them have gross-out images on the bottom with zero elaboration.

One's scat porn, one's maggot porn, and the last one is a creepypasta face. Looking through the other posts that have been imported, I'm seeing the exact same pattern with about half of them.

Did he do something such that these images are normally hidden on his Patreon posts but show up in Kemono's importer? If so, then that's a pretty good troll.
