Free accounts aren't the issue, they're good for archival reasons

The issue is free ADVERTISMENT accounts which clutter up the site.

We need to ban any account that uploads Advertisement accounts or make it so the uploader skips any account that uploads it with the parameter " - skip if upload/post contains "free/@" " or something along those parameters.
